"Heralding from a long line of eccentric eclectic artists, crafters and collectors my passion for everything nostalgic is well and truly in my genes. The intent of both of my Etsy stores is to carry on the family tradition by designing and creating fun and exciting pieces that breathe new life into curios that would have otherwise ended up as landfill.....most importantly to bring some Australian love and sunshine to all that experience shopping at the Ruby's online and at the BrisStyle Indie Eco Markets"
Joan of Bedouin Bags has been busy making a stack of her 'bright bags' which are cotton shoppers ideal for supermarkets and produce markets - and a pile of 'light bags', netting bags to use when buying fruit and veg, saving on plastic bags. Very eco!! There'll also be some handmade leather 'cuffs and corsages' - and maybe even a few new surprises.

Chrissy from littlechrissy has been sewing up a storm making new felt and fabric brooches, as well as a whole lot of new eco-friendly clutch purses. The clutch purses are made from re-purposed fabrics and feature detachable felt brooches and will all be available at the BIDM.
Christine from Little Diva Crafts has been creating some cute new hanging birdies for the BIDM that can be used for Christmas or bedroom decoration or to create your own garland.
Vicki Martin from Violet Rose Designs has been working on her flower chokers, lace bibs and beaded lace chokers. She's also working on some new lines using hand dyed laces, trims, tassles and decorative jewellery pieces. It doesn't stop there, Vicki will also have a range of one-off and limited edition neckpieces and collars for those who want something more exotic!
