Are you a knit-a-holic, a lover of yarns in all colours and textures? Would you like to give cancer patients warm heads and warm hearts this winter?
Jess from Epheriell Designs has organised the '100 Beanie Drive', a very worthwhile charity drive to collect hand-made beanies, scarves and mittens to donate to the cancer patients at the Royal Brisbane Hospital this winter. Jess's Dad is currently a patient at the hospital and she noticed that their drop off zone for warm winter woolies was lacking in things for men and for everyone in general.
Winter is the perfect time for knitting so why not get involved and use up all of those scraps of yarn that are sitting in the bottom of your knitting basket waiting to be made into something fabulous!
You can follow along with the happenings of the '100 Beanie Drive' on twitter and instagram: #100BeanieDrive
