As part of Italian Week, the markets will be swinging to the beat of Brass Roots Live performing a tribute to Frank Sinatra! So come on down and "play amongst the stars"...the handmade lovin' stars of Twilight  that is.........

Once again you'll find an amazing array of constantly evolving wares....all made here in Brisbane!

Friday's market sees over 100 indie handmade specialists being showcased. So check out where to find all of your favourite marketeers and a myriad of new ones HERE.

Our favourite local Eco Fashion Mag Peppermint will be nestled in with the designers on the grand ramp so please pop in to nab a current issue or better still take out a subscription!

While you're weaving your way through the stalls make sure you check out the BrisStyle Co-op located in the heart of the markets. This Friday's Co-op will certainly make for an exciting and vibrant handmade hub where you'll find an eclectic line-up of our local emerging BrisStyle artisans in a boutique style setting.

While feasting your eyes on all the fab handmade goods, you'll be able to indulge your ears in the big band sounds from Brisbane's Brass Roots Live. They're set to get the square swinging to the sounds of Frank Sinatra from 7.30pm

Drop into the King George Square Groove Train for a bite to eat and a cold bevvy or over to the Coffee Hit for a hot toddy. There are also a plethora of great places to eat in the city as well as ATM's just across the road. Just perfect to make a night of it!

......rain or shine! So if the weather is a little on the crazy side, make sure to look for us up on the large undercover deck located above The Groove Train in King George Square.

If you park underneath in the King George Square Car Park the lift will take you directly upstairs to the deck. Otherwise come up via the lift and stairs in the square itself or via the ramp on Anne Street.

Please be sure to check our facebook page after midday on Friday to check if we will be in the square or deck-side.

King George Square is conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane's transit hub. With the new busway and King George Square Car Park underneath and Roma St and Central Stations close by, it's super easy to come into town no matter what your preferred mode of transport.

In particular the King George Square Car Park offers super cheap nightly rates from 4:30pm onwards:

BrisStyle indie Twilight Market - this Friday night!

Get your winter woolies on and head on in to your favourite destination for everything handmade under the stars The BrisStyle Indie Twilight Market, King George Square this Friday night, May 27 from 5pm-9pm.

As always, we'll be showcasing a huge lineup of Brisbane's best Indie Designers which will include our regular talented marketeers along with some very exciting new ones.

Along with the amazing array of handmade homewares, bags, jewellery, accessories and art you may spy some randomly gifted soft toys! That's right, BrisStyle's Mega Toy Drop that has been taking over the city is set to culminate in the Square this Friday night. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for some sweet softies in the stalls as well as around the square.

In the meantime, pop on over to the BrisStyle Inc. website for a sneak peek of all the Designers who will be there and follow the Toy Dropping excitement here on the blog!

Once again, your favourite eco fashion magazine, Peppermint will be back as part of the BrisStyle Co-op experience in the centre of the Markets.
