Saturday 2 June 11am - 5pm Zillmere Multicultural Festival
Sunday 3 June 9am - 4pm Racecourse Road Carnival

:: All Day Make and Take Workshops ::

1. Caravan Colouring-in: Use your own flair and imagination to colour in a variety of retro suburban caravanning items. All ages and colouring outside the lines welcome!

2. Make Your Own Caravan Brooch / Magnet: Create your very own piece of wearable or magnetized nostalgia using your choice of crafting medium. Draw, stick, glue or colour-in a cool quirky caravan shape to take away to your own suburban oasis. Ah the serenity!

3. Community Bunting Project: The BrisStyle Community Bunting Project aims to engage and showcase the imagination and crafting talents of the local communities where each festival is being held in the form of bunting (or flags as some call them). Each flag will tell it’s own story through colour, embellishment and interpretation. Once completed, it will then be hung around the workshop marquee’s and caravan at each festival. Participants will be encouraged to colour in and /or embellish each flag along the theme of 'Holidaying in their own Suburb /Backyard'. Themes and images which relate to local culture or icons / places of interest will also be encouraged.
