When you think of sitting down and writing your 'Shop Policies' the word 'boring' (amongst other words) may come to mind! Shop policies are an important part of selling on Etsy (or online generally) as they allow customers to make an informed purchase from you.
Your shop policies should contain information about:
- Shipping - methods, turn-around, cost
- Refunds/Exchanges - Do you offer them? What is the process?
- Customs/Duty Fees
- Accepted Payment Types - direct debit, paypal, money order etc.
